Temeraire the Celestial

Starting off the full body designs with the star of the series. I don’t think there was any mention of the ruff having markings like the wings, but I added them in for aesthetic (which is what the Chinese were all about). Though overall Celestials are by far the easiest of dragons, simply because there is so little to them (no spikes, horns, armor etc.). Which is the whole point as they were bred for more brain than brawn.
